The dynamics of the market and the way companies compete created the need to take innovative strategies to research, analyze and understand the market in all aspects, meet this market satisfactorily and achieve the main objectives of the company. However, in addition to these challenges, many companies choose to cross border barriers in order to remain in the market, increase their share of participation, exploit new markets, prevent the competitor from occupying a particular market among many other reasons. Research and studies aimed at understanding issues related to internationalization, globalization or even the understanding of cultures from other countries aim at developing skills that allow understanding and improving this knowledge is of vital importance. In this sense, this work aimed to research and understand aspects related to the culture of other countries that can influence business. The work was developed from a bibliographical research. The studies found were essential for the author’s foundation of this article and the result was very satisfactory, because, in addition to understanding the concepts globalization, internationalization and culture, it was possible to have the understanding and perception of the immensity that is universe culture in other countries and the importance of this study for business. As this work refers to a bibliographical research and presents a significant number of variables, therefore, it is necessary other complementary studies and even experimental research through companies that are or want to settle in other countries or even just export to other countries, for a strengthening and consolidation.
