This article aims to discuss the importance of Resilience and Emotional Intelligence of Employees both for their quality of life and for organizations. We noticed that many people go through different stages in life and that these lead to the development of triggers that can negatively influence life and this directly impact social and corporate relationships, making them pleasurable or full of adversity. From this context, we will approach in this article the concepts of Emotional Intelligence and its impacts from the management of their emotions and understandings about the other, seeking balance through their management as well as being able to use effectively and motivate people through effective leadership and smart management. We will also present the importance that the construction of effective strategies to improve your ability to resignify and improve to go through traumatic processes in our life through resilience, which will also provide us with a better quality of life and that both it and emotional intelligence will make with that employees can also achieve the objectives proposed by the organization with greater creativity and analysis. As for the methodology used, we carried out a bibliographic survey in order to discuss the topic and for theoretical basis focusing on the aforementioned discussion.
